Franck Quinton



Franck Quinton is the star Michelin chef of the "Manoir du Lys", a restaurant located in Normandy.


After an apprenticeship in Paris, he and his sister took over the hunting lodge bought by his parents, pork butchers, and transformed it into a hotel-restaurant.



The Manoir du Lys is located in the heart of the Andaine Forest. The place has inspired Franck Quinton to create numerous dishes based on mushrooms. As an experienced mycologist, he offers weekends with mushroom picking and culinary advice from the chef.


Chef Franck Quinton invites you to sit down at the table and enjoy a starter, a main course and a dessert.
