Its hotel and restaurant internship program allows students from all over the Globe to do internships in renowned French establishments with great chefs.

The technical and lively videos are especially curated for students and culinary art professionals to acquire the skills of the French gastronomy.

Our 15 years of experience in providing internship in French Hotels has lead us to create this one of a kind platform bringing together bringing together star Michelin chefs, pastry chefs, master chocolatiers, sommeliers and hoteliers to broadcast exclusive content made just for you!

The French chefs all act with passion to pass on their know-how to young people.

We went to film them in their homes, in the heart of their workplace (kitchen, wine cellar, hotel). They opened their doors for us to discover their inside world and the philosophy of their profession.

Thanks to the complicity between ALZEA and the chefs, the whole team has rolled up its sleeves to develop new recipes with the chefs and to set up a fun, educational, technical and professional platform.
